Return & Refund Policy

At Amri Sanssouci, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality, ensuring each piece reflects the care and intention behind our brand. If your order isn’t what you expected, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date of purchase indicated on your receipt. Please note that we offer store credit refunds only. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, we are happy to assist, subject to the availability of the requested item. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.

To process an exchange:

1. Complete the Refund/Exchange Form and await approval within 2-3 business days.
2. Upon approval, ship the original item to us in its unused, unwashed, and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, within 14 days.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you within 3-5 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping fees for the exchanged item.

Important Return Guidelines

• Return items in their original Amri Sanssouci packaging.
• Tags must remain intact and not removed.
• Include all extras (cards, stickers, or gifts) with the returned item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any perfume or strong scents.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to quality check and review.

Please note: Items that do not meet these guidelines cannot be resold and will be ineligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
